This email is to recover payment for an item I sold. I sold a pair of my boots on eBay on 19 May, when the buyer paid me and I shipped them, but I didn't know how the eBay operating process worked, and this was my first time using it. Then after I shipped them to the buyer I didn't know how to accept the payment and the buyer didn't confirm receipt, from start to finish the £63 amount didn't go into my own personal account, resulting in the funds being returned to the buyer's account two days ago. I have emailed the seller in the hope that he will communicate with me but to no avail, so I have no choice but to ask for your help and then recover my money. I have included all the relevant screenshots to facilitate your help in recovering my money.
