Hi, I ordered and received an item a few weeks ago that was obviously a fake. I contacted the seller to see if I could get a refund. It now transpires that the seller is no longer a registered user and Ebay seem to have deleted the order details. Do I now put this down to bad luck and only buy from reputable websites in future or is there a way of getting my money back? Any advice would be welcomed. ... View more

I brought this item last year and have used it possibly 10 times since purchase, it has been put back in its box when not in use.  During the hot weather the week before last I got it out to use it and the top bit all the aluminium has bent and made it unuseable, I have tried to contact the Seller but they have ignored my emails and I cant find a way to contact eBay directly.  Can any one give me any information on how I can get in touch please, thank you. ... I have a customer who has bought 2 books from me (same time, combined purchase). Never had this problem before but am now getting a message saying cannot do it, leave the page and try again later. This started happening yesterday (although might have been occurring before that), last multiple was a couple of weeks ago and no problems then. Also no problems with single purchases. Hi my buyer is requesting a return and full refund because although I posted the item on time and have proof of postage and of delivery it was too late fir her event (dress) will I have to agree the return?
