return and refund my money

i did bought a mk shoulder bag. its item is no good i don't like i do return and refund. i give returns address. but seller cheat with me. seller close the return. i have all proof i have address and return slip. can u please help me

Private sellers do not have to accept returns.  They do have to accept "not as described cases" [which this is not].

Buyers should establish by careful reading of the listing that the item is what is wanted.   You do not simply send the item back to the seller. 

If you can get it back you might simply try selling it yourself.

The seller has No returns on their listing so was within their rights to refund the return case.

You have to wait until a seller accepts the case before returning an item

If you have already sent the item back then you can ask the seller to return it by sending a postage label but you need their agreement first

you can not get a refund

You can ask ebay to remove the sellers feedback as a seller is not allowed to leave a positive dot with a negative comment for a buyer.
