You need to contact the seller and ask them for a feedback revision request

Negs can seriously harm a sellers account

You do mean you want to change the red dot to green?.

It would not be right just to want to change the wording

Ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision request.   If they don't know how tell them to go to My eBay > Site Map, bottom of page > scroll down past the categories, to Feedback > Request Feedback Revision.
