Sold out item

I order a Loki marvel funko pop the next day the seller said that the item was out of stock and suggested to change the item. I then said I wanted a refund. I've had no response so far. What should I do ?

Check the estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "I haven't received it yet" on here:

and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.
