Hi my buyer has requested to cancel an order for an item they have supposedly have not received
I have checked on Hermes and it says it was delivered the prior day at 9.23 am , also a picture of a front door. The front door has six other flats
I'm of course not calling my buyer out on being a liar , when it's been left at a small block of flats but I do find it odd that this request was opened the day after it was delivered and they requested to cancel the order.
i have tried to contact Hermes as I would like to determine if it was physically handed over to a human , even though a picture was taken of it at the door of the flats ( doesn't mean it was left there but doesn't say it was handed over either
Tried calling eBay but can only get automated ... is it possible to speak to a person nowadays ? I'm unsure what to do as if I refund I'm out of pocket if item is delivered

When you post your items you have to make sure the tracking or 16 digit code from a receipt is on the listing in your sold section
If a buyer opens a not received dispute and that tracking says Delivered then you will win any dispute
You make sure it is on a dispute
You dont need to do anything with contacting ebay if you have done the above as it is all automated
Have they actually opened the dispute?
If they asked to cancel then you dont do that of course.
