refund paid but no returns label provided

£200 worth of golf irons were misdescribed. After eBay stepped in, a full refund was made. However, despite several messages sent to the seller to send a returns label (costing some £8) there is no response from them a month after the refund was made and the case was closed by eBay.

I can find no info on what to do with the goods and eBay’s contact system will not let me through to receive a call. Any ideas how long before I can assume the seller has abandoned their goods?

As buyer refunded you, case closes & ebay won't expect you to return item.

Contact seller & say "Happy to return item if they supply postage label or money to cover postage,

you will Allow them 21 days to respond before disposing of goods".
