Hello, Ebay has removed a seller account I purchased goods from. I returned the goods but the label I printed has an invalid address so the goods have been returned to me. Hi, We received call and eBay message regarding Promoted Listings Advanced and it sounds good. And i am very excited for that and we thought that it will help us to increase our sales also. So, we try that Campaign with daily budget £20.00 but they charge me £73.45 for add fees per day. So, we contact the eBay, chat and call option but even they don't know how it works and i am very disappointed with that. The seller sent my delivery to an incorrect address even though my correct address was on the order and this address  is hundreds of miles from where I live. I am not getting any response whatsoever from the seller regarding this and although I have raised a request with eBay I do not know how to pursue the case because when I look at the purchase the item is just stating it has been delivered. ... Hello. One of my listings was wrongfully removed according to "Medical devices policy". I say "wrongfully" because not only the item does not fall into any of the listed prohibited items (it's a Medela breast pump), but also there are 800+ current listings for the same item on eBay. I tried to talk with an advisor but it ended up being a bot repeating the same answers, telling me that I can't sell medical prescription items (it is not), so not useful at all. One cannot help but believe that Ebay constructs an exasperating challenge to communicate in order to fatigue its buyers. For this reason, and for quite some time, I have chosen to do my business with Amazon even if the price is higher, except, and only if, Amazon does not have the item. Ebay has, for a long time, been my last choice. Their communication is horribly complex and discouraging when trying to resolve even the simpliest of issues. For this reason, I now resoprt to invention directly through my credit card company. It takes longer but the results is far less complicated than Ebay's foolery and intentional designs to overwhelm and frustrate it's buyers. ... View more

i sold a car on a auction a winning bid came in and then it was down hill from there they didnt really communicate and when they did they hadent even made a plan to collect the car . then they messaged an excuse and that they did not want to pay or did not want the car , so we waited 4 days and then ebay asked if we wanted to relist and cancel the sale as they hadent paid but we have been charged the seeling fee when we didnt sell it please anyone can help ? ...
