New Condition Specifics for Comics

Would love to hear how comic dealers are using the new mandatory "Condition" specifics which have no bearing on recognised comic grades and just serve to confuse.  Sales have taken a hit since they came in. I'm faced with labelling everything above a VG as "Like New" which is nonsense... serious buyers will see the problem in searches, but I'm sure we're losing people in searches who think Like New will be too expensive. Does anyone consult before making these ridiculous changes. I think "Collectibles" have the old categories of New and Used...comics are collectibles... makes no sense... but are we surprised???   ... Discount promotion negated by increased item price

What's the point of a discount promotion if a seller just increases their prices to negate it? I had an item in my basket yesterday which I added pre-discount offer becoming active. Today the item has increased in price and if the 20% promotional discount is applied, it mysteriously equals the price from yesterday. If the sellers are not liable for the difference in price that the offer gives (I believe it's being funded by ebay) then surely this is just profiteering and extra money for the seller?  The buyer gains nothing but the seller does. ... Double listing by mistake

MANAGED PAYMENTS

What on earth is going on?  I have been with ebay for many years, with an exemplary record and no issues. Now they will not release available funds, I have sent them all the ID information they require and they are still not releasing my funds, though have been happily taking their fees.  I haven't had a payout since the end of April and they owe me a substantial sum.  This is crippling my business.  I have not been able to list items for the past two weeks because of this situation.  It's crazy.  One just goesd round in circles when trying to seek a resolution.  Ebay shame on you. ... ebay not working correctly

Hi for some weeks now i keep getting this when using a drop down box (Purchased) "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later." Inpost missing parcel -

Buyer has informed me today she's not received her item. I posted 3 different items Saturday with Inpost - the other 2 have been delivered but not this one. selling for charity

HI there, I'm relatively new to this game, so need all the help I can get, please! I am selling some items for charity and have been sending the money I earn directly to said charity.  Ebay have invoiced me and I have replied saying that I've already paid.  I know I aren't doing it correctly, but I need to recoup my postage costs before paying the money over. Another thing I don't understand - Ebay have pushed me into having my 'takings' paid into my bank rather than into PayPal and yet they want me to pay my charity invoices via PayPal, when there is now absolutely no money in there!
