Whenever I order an item from ebay.co.uk, not only do I receive confirmation of my order but I also receive an email from ebay that there was recent activity of my account. Seller sold me item it never arrived contacted seller said they didn't know who I was . I sent them picture of order and dispatch. No answer. Opened a not recieved and told them I wanted another bag. I used to use this facility to search for 'leave' to find those items which I haven't left feedback for. This was very convenient as some items take months to arrive and are therefore a long way down a list of items which have been delivered and feedback has been left. It allowed me to keep track of outstanding items. It seems that someone has stopped this working. I cannot now easily track outstanding items. Anyone got an easy way to track orders not delivered? As it stands I'm going to reduce/stop buying as I don't need this admin overhead. ... View more

I'm not sure this is the right forum but I would appreciate any help! I am having issues with a buyer who recently bought an item from me and wasn't happy when it arrived as it had been damaged. I said I would happily refund the money once the item was sent back to me. I provided an eBay postage label at £3.35, but the seller is now saying I have not sent this. Is there any way I can have proof I have actually sent this label, as now I'm starting to doubt myself. For context, the person has been continually rude and abusive to me via eBay messages and is pushing for a partial refund. The buyer had the item I sold to them listed on their eBay, with my pictures, before even receiving the package, so I feel like I'm dealing with someone who's trying to pull a fast one on me. why are sellers blocking buyer from Northern I reland particularly when at the end of an auction sellers  are blocking such a buyers payments because they are from northern ireland  i have had severl occasion where sellerd block a buyers partication in an auction because i  am from northern ireland  now i have marks against buying on some sites because sellers have refused the follow through / coninuation   process of an auction because suddenly discover a buyer from northern ireland means that they as sellers would have to pay greater delivery costs  why dont the block sellers like myself at thr start rather than sayin that a buyer has refused to pay ????? theyblock the buyer and then says that abuyer refused to pay....thats wornge and completely unfair and unreasinable ...  ... What is wrong with ebay staff????? I have always paid for what I have purchased but on occassions it comes up 'you can't buy this item because you have two non payment strikes against you'   You can't make contact with ebay by phone or email every link to contact them just takes you round in circles.
