How to appeal a listing removal?

Hello. One of my listings was wrongfully removed according to "Medical devices policy". I say "wrongfully" because not only the item does not fall into any of the listed prohibited items (it's a Medela breast pump), but also there are 800+ current listings for the same item on eBay.

I tried to talk with an advisor but it ended up being a bot repeating the same answers, telling me that I can't sell medical prescription items (it is not), so not useful at all.

How can I appeal my case? Thank you.

I would guess that a REGISTERED BUSINESS SELLER has reported you for not being registered as a Business and therefore UNFAIR Competition.ud be allowed.

PRIVATE SELLERS do not sell this sort of thing, register as a Business Seller and possibly it would be allowed, BUT BRAND OWNERS can also have items removed if you are not one of their Approved Sellers.

Appealing would be a waste of time.

Thank you for your answer but this is incorrect. Most of the current listings for this item are from private sellers. Furthermore, I'm selling it as pre-owned, not as new...
