At the bottom of this page you will see a section 'Help & Contact' with a sub heading of 'contact us'. Click that, go through the options (try different ones if needs be) and you should eventuall get the option (last time I used it it was on the left hand isde) to call ebay or have them call you - which is the option I always go for.
