buyer did not pay but i got charged selling fees

i sold a car on a auction a winning bid came in and then it was down hill from there they didnt really communicate and when they did they hadent even made a plan to collect the car . then they messaged an excuse and that they did not want to pay or did not want the car , so we waited 4 days and then ebay asked if we wanted to relist and cancel the sale as they hadent paid but we have been charged the seeling fee when we didnt sell it please anyone can help ?

Yes - of course. Unless you cancel the sale through ebay's new system or open a non-payer case then the fee is still due.  You will always be charged the listing fee [£15 if I recall]  but can get the Final Fee credited.  The best way to sell cars is to use a classified ad costing £20 odd and they can contact you.
