Return label has an invalid address ebay has removed seller account

Hello,

Ebay has removed a seller account I purchased goods from. I returned the goods but the label I printed has an invalid address so the goods have been returned to me. Does anyone know how I can contact ebay to try and get this resolved. The Help&Support does not cater for this situation, it sends me in never ending circles!

As long as tracking shows as attempted delivery, escalate case to ebay to sort refund.
