Hi everybody, I sold an item and the buyer didn't pay.  I did the second chance offer thing (but have never done it before so not sure if I did it right) but it didn't sell.   I now want to relist it but get a message advising that I cant edit, relist or sell simlar - why is that?  It's not my fault the buyer didn't pay and it seems I'm going to have to go to vinted to sell it - unless I'm missing something?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance ... I have ordered an item, the same item, 3 times from different sellers, paid & then advised by each that the item is not in stock & not likely to be restocked This item is still being advertised on the website by each seller.  It takes ages for refund to go through..1st seller said they hadn't been paid when they had!! Hi I keep getting bogus account bidders with 0 feedback history I've tried stopping blocking them but about 2mins later I get ano5account with 0 feedback putting a full asking bid in when sale ends I get some lam excuse and they want to cancel the bid please can someone help they are ruining legit ebay buyers thanks ... I bought a jbl  speaker off eBay and it turned out to be not genuine I contacted eBay and they said contact seller I did where the seller proceeded to lower the price, either way I said No I was then sent a returns label that I retired and 2 days later it was retired with addressee unknown I tried contacting again but nothing it was only then I realised I had paid by my card and not PayPal. & EBay did nothing they could've returned my money but because this man refused the return I'm left £30 out of pocket, & then to rub salt in the wound eBay ask for payment for the label and because I haven't paid my small account bill they have blocked selling. Please can someone advise? I sold some shoes. 2 months later the buyer claimed they were not received. I had to issue a full refund. The buyer has now listed them for sale. Sold an item on ebay, the buyer has left positive feedback. Almost 1 week later i get a returns request saying that the item is faulty which i am 100% confident its not, buyer did not contact me first before opening a case against me.   I have agreed to the return and issued a returns label however 4 days later he has still not dispatched this item to me. I know he has something like 2 weeks to return it but if the item genuinely is faulty then why delay returning it?    This is where I feel the system is being abused and I believe if I ask ebay to step in just now I can't claim if my item is returned to me damaged.
