Your opening price is fairly near to the maximum you might expect for this phone. I doubt whether this is a rehearsal for bid manipulation, as threre is no way it can sell for less.
It looks to me like a targeted attack on your listing. Unless you have had a big falling out with another member recently it may be someone making the point that you can't refuse bids from 0 feedback bidders, as you try to state in the listing.
