Please can someone advise? I sold some shoes. 2 months later the buyer claimed they were not received. I had to issue a full refund. The buyer has now listed them for sale. As the buyer filed the dispute through their bank, eBay say there is nothing they can do. Where is the seller protection here?! This should not be allowed.
