I have ordered an item, the same item, 3 times from different sellers, paid & then advised by each that the item is not in stock & not likely to be restocked
This item is still being advertised on the website by each seller.
It takes ages for refund to go through..1st seller said they hadn't been paid when they had!!
What is the best course of action as I wouldn't like others to have this negative experience
Thanks
It is bad selling and certainly a negative experience, all you can do is to leave appropriate feedback, but add nothing about a case or refunds, as that can then be removed.
If a seller quotes out of stock for the reason for cancelling, they incur a seller fee, and gain a damaging defect for their account. This sounds like a ' business seller ' if they are quoting stock issues, even so, collecting defects for this reason, can see them eventually being booted off eBay.
eBay do not like unhappy buyers
