Non paying buyer

I sold an item on 30th May and buyer hasn't paid, made multiple attempts to contact and nothing back. It says I cannot cancel the sale as over 30 days? And the buyer had to cancel. How can I cancel this order myself?

It's too late to cancel now, you had 30 days from date sold to cancel

Hey, yeah I didn’t know it had changed so I was waiting for unpaid item case to open. When it didn’t I realised the policies etc had changed. This is why I didn’t cancel within the 30 days.
What shall I do? Just re list the item as the buyer isn’t going to pay or reply to any messages?

Yep too late to cancel, so just relist it if you wish, perhaps add any applicable listing fees to the start price so you are not out of pocket.

You need to do this for all non payers.

If your buyer has not paid within 4 days, you can now cancel that order stating buyer has not paid, applicable fees will be refunded, the item will be relisted unless you choose it not to relist.
