This is the second time in a week that I have won an item on ebay and before I can go and pay for the item it has been cancelled with no reason given.  My belielf is because it ended up selling for less than they had hoped. There seems to be no way of asking eBay what they are doing about this. The seller has the same item on for sale again. There is also no way of leaving any feedback to worn other people. Please help. I bought two cushion covers, from one seller in two different orders on the same day.  Both covers had faulty zips which went one after the other within two months of order.  The seller offered to replace the first one but the replacement never arrived.  I contacted her again to say the second zip had broken and, as she hadnt sent the first, would she like both back to replace the zips as the covers were absolutely fine.  No response regardless of how many contact seller pings Ive sent.  Do I write it off and stop buying from ebay or is there some way of dealing with this, particularly as the seller stated she would send a replacement cover straight away?  Thanks ... I have long term buyers in Russia, never a problem. In the last 3 days two have had notices when they try to bid, saying the country or item is restricted, on items they have bought many times before. l phoned EBay, the agent took some time, but said there is no problem , but the problem persists. pls there anything l can do on my settings? I brought a item and paid via paypal. The item was out for delivery for 4 days then suddenly was marked as delivered but it was not delivered. Ebay and also paypal have said because the courier said its been delivered i must of recived it.  i have asked for proof of delivery but they said case is closed so no more thay can do. Hi all. So I have an issue regarding an item being returned. The buyer initiated it be returned due to the box being damaged, said 2 games were missing and computer not working. He then said computer is working after all but he didnt know how many games were missing and asked to keep the lot if I refunded him 20. I asked him to take a photo so I could see which games were missing but he hasnt sent it. I paid for a returns label and asked him to return the whole lot and I would give him a full refund. That was a week ago. I keep emailing him to ask if he has sent it back yet but no response. What can I do? I would like to phone ebay and speak to them but can't find a contact number.
