Looks the seller won't refund my money

Sombody can advise me.

Just bought the Item one week ago paid by debit card £820 and I wrote the buyer I will pick up item by myself on this Saturday seller meassege me he has urgent departure on Saturday but before he agreed pick up on Sat.When cancelled for refund no there is no repay from him.There is only contact by eBay messages no other contact.

Also he typed fake truck number described as Item was sent to me.

Poland based/registered account ... are you now in the UK and hoping to pickup here ?.   If paid through eBay Checkout, start a case for 'Not received'  in Resolution Centre ... you may need to use your Poland account to do so ... UK links >

Just contacted with eBay protect service they advised me to do Not recived Item do seller needs respond in 3bussines days.

I do hope that you mean you used the Debit Card at eBay check out?

If you cancelled though eBay [and as a buyer I do not see how you can; you can "ask" to cancel] then the money will go back - not instantly to your debit card

Wait until after the estimated delivery date on the listing then report that your item hasn't arrived on the far right of your order in Purchase History.   Put a note on there that the tracking number given is not correct then escalate to ebay after 3 business days.
