Hi, I've just refunded a customer for an item not received. So now I'm out of pocket, due to an error by the Royal Mail. Being a very small business, how is this fair. I can prove I posted it but I can't prove that the customer didn't receive it. Paying extra for tracking, out ways selling product as buyers don't want to pay postage. If anything they expect free postage which I just can't do financially Thanks
