Hi All,   Can someone please provide advice or help?  I have been charged (and monies taken) by eBay UK for return shipping for an item that I have never purchased or looked at.  I have tried to resolve this with Paypal but they have immediately closed my case and told me to contact the seller.  There is no seller details, so how can I dispute this payment and get a refund?   Has anyone ever experienced this? Whenever I try and list White Stuff clothing,it lets me go all the way to 'preview your listing' then informs me that 'this product is liable to price gouging so can only be sold by authorised Sellers'.It is a second hand dress being listed for a couple of quid so I've no idea what is happening but I have tried twice,a few weeks apart and got this both times.Does anyone have any experience of similar please and did you get around it? Hi EBay I'm very new to selling items on eBay. I was sent an offer by EBay "saying that my first three items would be free to sell". The first items went very well. thank you. The second items I had to pay up front  EBay UK Limit £23.47p on the 6th June 2021 This items sold yesterday for £515.00p plus £25.00p for P & P. Total of £540.00p EBay have now charge my more money for the same item I have already paid for. EBay have charge my £57.60p. Plus a final value fee of £0.25p. Plus VAT of £11.57 a total of £69.42p This one item, EBay have now charge me a grand total of  £92.89p for a item that sold for £515.00p Please can EBay investigate this problem and reimburse my account for  the extra cost of which is totally wrong. Just wondering.   I have had issues with claims for none delivery and noticed two different accounts at the same address! On further digging it transpires there is a THIRD at the same address. This sounds somewhat suspect and opens the door for boosting bids on items. Very suspicious, I just wondered if  this was normal and allowed. ... View more

I was asked to confirm my identity by ebay and the text came in from this number.  It looks majorly sketchy, since eBay used to send a text with the name/header "Verify".   I would ideally have liked to speak to someone at eBay to get a confirmation that this is their number.   Has anyone else run into this?  ...
