Selling items on EBay

Hi EBay

I'm very new to selling items on eBay.

I was sent an offer by EBay "saying that my first three items would be free to sell".

The first items went very well. thank you.

The second items I had to pay up front  EBay UK Limit £23.47p on the 6th June 2021

This items sold yesterday for £515.00p plus £25.00p for P & P. Total of £540.00p

EBay have now charge my more money for the same item I have already paid for.

EBay have charge my £57.60p. Plus a final value fee of £0.25p. Plus VAT of £11.57 a total of £69.42p

This one item, EBay have now charge me a grand total of  £92.89p for a item that sold for £515.00p

Please can EBay investigate this problem and reimburse my account for  the extra cost of which is totally wrong.

Regards

Graham.

Check T&C's of offer, it says has to sell on 1st listing, any relists you pay full fees.

: if the item does not sell the first time and if you relist it after the Promotional Period or if it is automatically relisted during the Promotional Period, standard final value fees will be charged according to the eBay fees policy when the relisted item sells.

Your previous listings had a reserve which is charged at 4% of reserve price each time it is listed and is non refundable.

If you think you have been wrongly charged you will need to contct customer support.

Before doing so, read the terms and conditions CAREFULLY. EBay's invoicing computer knows them exactly, sellers seldom  do. See: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/promos/10b01473/
