Item not delivered

I brought a item and paid via paypal.

The item was out for delivery for 4 days then suddenly was marked as delivered but it was not delivered. Ebay and also paypal have said because the courier said its been delivered i must of recived it.  i have asked for proof of delivery but they said case is closed so no more thay can do. I contacted the bank who told me to speak with paypal. I spoke with paypal and yet again i was told its showing as delivered so it must of been. Do i now contact police as frud

If the Seller has proof of Delivery through the Tracking EBay have to support him. If they didn't no one would Sell on here. You need to check with the Carrier. They usually take a Picture of where they leave a Parcel. Have you checked your Garden and Bins?  Asked your Neighbours if they have taken it in.

Thanks. They have no proff of delivery. I also control the cctv in my village and also have cameras that rec 24/7 on my property. No delivery at all that day.

was a very big heavy item so hard for it to go missing
