Buyer returning an item

Hi all. So I have an issue regarding an item being returned. The buyer initiated it be returned due to the box being damaged, said 2 games were missing and computer not working. He then said computer is working after all but he didnt know how many games were missing and asked to keep the lot if I refunded him 20. I asked him to take a photo so I could see which games were missing but he hasnt sent it. I paid for a returns label and asked him to return the whole lot and I would give him a full refund. That was a week ago. I keep emailing him to ask if he has sent it back yet but no response. What can I do? I would like to phone ebay and speak to them but can't find a contact number. Or anywhere to record what has happened. Any suggestions guys?? Thank you

What can I do?

All disputes and refunds on eBay should be dealt with through the resolution centre. If he hasn't done so already, your buyer should open a case under eBay's money back guarantee.

He will be required to return the items, and unless he can use the label you've already provided you will be enabled to send him a prepaid return label. EBay will process the refund on return, and your final value fee for the sale will be refunded.
