A package arrived which contained only one of the two items  that I had paid for but, of course, as the package was collected by me from Argos it appears as though the ordered goods were delivered/received. The seller has admitted that one item was not sent and said he is sending it but it hasn't arrived. The only option that seems to be open to me is to indicate that I didn't received the item but, of course, is looks on the face of it that I did and I cannot find anyway of reporting the problem to ebay and invoking, if necessary, their help can anybody please assist? ... I sold an item sadly the item was dropped on the way to the post office so never left me. I contacted eBay as the buyers payment was on hold. I was told the funds would be released in 24/48 hours. That time had passed and the funds were still on hold. I opened a cancellation of sale and it wants me to refund out of my bank account which I don't have that amount of money. Again contacted ebay and they said the hold on the funds would be released as soon as I refunded again told them I can't as I do not have the money I never had the funds. Advised to get the buyer to open an item not received case but they opened and item arrived damaged case. Luckily the tracking shows it's never been dropped off at the post office. I'm now advised to wait until the 15th apparently time to get it sent back 🤦🏻‍♀️ as that's why the money is on hold again told them the funds were on hold from the moment they paid. I've still to wait until the 15th then they will assist with removing the hold so I can complete the refund 🤬 seriously they've got the payment I've never had it the item never got sent so they just need to send the funds back to her  ... Hi I bought a fishing rod just over 30 days ago. Used twice and reel seat isnt fixed to the rod and twists around rod when I'm using so a clear manufacturer fault. Buyer won't accept return or refund. Surley as a registered business they have to refund a faulty item, if I bought from a shop they would take it back. I purchased a  Replacement Power Supply for 7.5V Roberts PU-11 PU11 UK sadly it does not work properly it crackles and hisses when used on the radio so obviously fake. I asked for a return label to return it but they send a link to the post office to print a label that is out of date and expired they did this twice. They obviously don't want to pay for return postage.  Has anyone else had this and if so how did you get over it. Should I contact Pay Pal for a refund or should I ask Ebay to step in.  ...
