I’ve been trying for months to get seller to respond to me since 11th May.     I bough a mattress from them in September and for 1st while great firm support and best sleep i’ve had.    Then in only matter of months months the spring effect lessens until eventually it’s a permanent dip.  I messaged company in May 11th then again on 18th asking for response.     They eventually replied on 24th May asking for details from me my details purchase info and photos which I provided on 27th as I was away from home and that is last I heard from them.     I messaged again on 14th and 21st June still no response and now they don’t show up on search on eBay.     The mattress came with a 10 year guarantee.  I enquired as to what guarantee covered as i’m assuming normal use which to me sleeping in a bed is and now i’m left with mattress I can’t use but no help from mattress-direct-shop and Catherine.    I tried sending photos of conversation but says not supported.   ... I bought a sofa bed futon on ebay and buyer delivered in bits. I have since discovered that the futon is not useable as latch is bent and futon is torn under the main cover. Altogether I feel very mislead and have contacted seller. He has agreed to collect but as I paid cash this wont be covered by ebay or paypal. Any suggestions? ... View more

Hi al I've just been running in circles trying to get eBay to step up as a return I started due to the item arriving different to what I believe I ordered and I think the original listing was changed? I got an item that is no use at all to me. My problem is that the orginal item was suposedly in London, arrived from Birmingham and the return address is... No was this is any type of address?   The return postage in anycase would be near the cost of the item but this is clrear misrepresentation and probbaly most people would giveup after not recieving a responcefrom the seller in over a week?   ... I posted an item on 24 May.  The buyer needed it quickly and asked, but did not pay for,the speediest delivery, it was a dinner jacket needed for Friday 28th. On 09 July (yes, July) they have decided that they never received it.  Its a full three piece suit, so not easy to miss - or lose. I no longer have the proof of posting, I have simply mislaid it. I know that the seller has no protection with ebay, and the buyer just has to ask and they will be refunded. I have no choice but to shut both my ebay and paypal account before I lose the money.  How is this fair?   ... View more

When I click on 'Add To Watch List' button, the screen scrolls to the top of the page but the item is not added to my watch list.  It has been like this for a few weeks now.  Can anyone hep please? ... View more

Trying to reply to a seller, soon as I type the first letter the page shoots up so you can't see the reply box anymore, each time you pull the box down you type the letter again and it shoots up again out of sight, one thing I have noticed is the reply button on the seller's message is blue and red instead of blue and white and fuzzy,  Any help would be greatly appreciated. ...
