I am trying to get advice from a manufacturer about an item I purchased in 2018. The manufacturer is aking for details of the purchase even thouh=gh I am only looking for technical advice.
Does anyone know how I can find this information.
Your Purchase History goes back to January 2019, and even then you can only call up listings that are less than 90 days old.
What details do they want?
