Hi lm having trouble with a item I have sold I have issued a refund, which has been sent but the buyer is unable to send the item back because he can't print off a returns label
Refunds should only be made AFTER item has been returned. Now that you have refunded there is no incentive for the buyer to return and he has got what he wanted in the first place a FREEBIE.
You shouldn't have Refunded until you had the Item back. "Can't Print off a Label" is No excuse. They could have used their Local Library facilities or asked a Colleague or Friend to do it for them.
