Exceeded Maximum number of emails I can send

I'm trying to reply to a query I've received from an interested buyer but I have received an error message saying I've exceeded the maximum number of emails I can send and to try again tomorrow.

I sent 2 emails on 3rd July which is now 8 days ago and haven't sent any since.

What's going on?
