Resending a parcel

Hello!   Wondering if anyone can help - I bought something & stupidly got it delivered to my old address. No on had moved in yet so it was taken to the depot & we weren't able to get it redelivered to our local post office nor able to go pick it up from the depot in the timeframe so it was returned to seller. I'm now wanting to pay the seller to send it again but seller cannot give me her email address via messages for me to send her money through PayPal & I'm unsure how else to send it? Can't pay seller fees for cash sale - no invoice

I was under the impression that I would get an invoice at the end of the month or on the 15th (today),but I've had neither. Does this mean I can keep the fees from a cash sale :),or is there some way to find out how much I owe and pay it to Ebay? ... View more

Seller question

Hi can anyone help. I've posted a handbag to a buyer. Special delivery next day.    I've informed her they tried to deliver. But she's out.  Possibly. It's waiting for. A new delivery date. Or collection at the post office.   Now the lady is claiming. She's.  Working out of a P.O. Box.     Surely. Post office. Will direct. Parcel.  To.  The P.O. My Account has been suspended

my wife and I have a joint account with ebay, we have purchased hundreds of things through ebay and our score rating is 100% for the last several Years However, our account as been suspend after we sold our car through ebay and we owed ebay selling fees which was paid They say they have sent us an email but we have not received anything and I have also checked our spam box How in hell to we get through to ebay to help sort this out????? ... An item posted to the buyers address is returned to the seller (me). I double check the address by contacting the buyer who sends me the same address. Now who pays for the postage to go back to the same address? ... View more

Item return

I ordered an item and paid for it and the postage. The item came with a £85.36 additional charge! I refused delivery and the UPS driver reloaded the item into his truck and drove off. I wrote to the seller and he basically blew me off. I told him there was no mention of further charges in his ad and that I would like a full refund. I 've had no response since then. I tried to fill out a returned form but,  it won't accept without a tracking number which I don't have as the driver reloaded and drove off. Now I don't have the item or my refund and I can't find a way to explain it to ebay, as I can't get past the returned form.   Thanks BB ... View more
