An item posted to the buyers address is returned to the seller (me). I double check the address by contacting the buyer who sends me the same address. Now who pays for the postage to go back to the same address?
You can ask the buyer to pay the postage again. If they agree they can use the Send & Request link at top of page in their Paypal account. If they refuse you can cancel but the buyer would get a full refund including the original postage.
