I was under the impression that I would get an invoice at the end of the month or on the 15th (today),but I've had neither.
Does this mean I can keep the fees from a cash sale :),or is there some way to find out how much I owe and pay it to Ebay?
OK then,so the "Community Experts" have no clue and are no help whatsoever.
I'll raise the issue with Ebay.
No fees were charged to my account after the cash sale of over £700,I sold other items and got paid to my bank without them taking any extra fees.
Ebay have not taken the fee from my bank account (yet).
There's no sign of me owing any money to Ebay on my account, but they haven't sent me an invoice since May.
I'd like to pay what I owe them, but there isn't any option to do so.
It's frustrating.
ebay will take the fee from your available funds from other sales,
if you don't have enough in available funds they will take it from your bank account
Go to the accounts tab or on the seller hub PAyments and check what you have been charged.
It should say there
Fees are charged to your account as soon as an item sells
Did the buyer actually buy it on ebay as if they did not then you have done an off ebay sale
That is against ebay policy and you can be suspended or restricted if ebay realises
