Tracking number change

Please help, how do I change the tracking details on my return. The post office rejected the ebay printed label as I'm the parcel was over the 2kg limit. I have the hermes tracking number but can't find how to change it from the royal mail tracking number 🤔

You have to ask eBay to change it.   To contact them go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left.  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.  Select the nearest topic.   On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".   You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link but they will still help you.
