Item return

I ordered an item and paid for it and the postage. The item came with a £85.36 additional charge! I refused delivery and the UPS driver reloaded the item into his truck and drove off. I wrote to the seller and he basically blew me off. I told him there was no mention of further charges in his ad and that I would like a full refund. I 've had no response since then. I tried to fill out a returned form but,  it won't accept without a tracking number which I don't have as the driver reloaded and drove off. Now I don't have the item or my refund and I can't find a way to explain it to ebay, as I can't get past the returned form.

Thanks BB

if you refuse to pay the import charges you lose all rights to the item or the money you paid for it!

the seller doesn't have to refund you

If you are buying from a different country to where the seller is based, it is up to you to know what your additional charges are likely to be - the seller won't know where you are based until you buy it so how can they possibly reflect that in their pricing?!
