Hi All, first time posting on forum so please be gentle with me but having massive mis givings with the new Ebay Payments Management system and was just wondering if anybody else is finding it hard going. Just been charged an International selling tax for an item bought by somebody registered with Ebay in Thialand, listing stated postage only to UK and buyer gave a UK address to send item to. Can't get an answer from Ebay and they are saying you can't sell with Ebay if you don't have Managed Payments, seems like a monopoly to me. Thanks for your replies Nigelj64 ... View more

if i cant warn others regarding bad sellers, then i'm going to amazon. even if prices are a little higher, i can talk to amazon reps and have difficulties irned out quickly instead of arguing with bad sellers and being ripped off. goodbye to bad rubbish ... View more

I asked eBay why the price I paid for an item and the price on the invoice was different. Stacey from eBay sent me a mail, a query reference number and a request for more information. I provided the exact information she requested. I waited for nearly two weeks and had no response. I sent a reminder over a week ago. I have heard nothing. I want to return an item to the seller however when I took the item in the same packaging to a post office with the label generated by ebay, I was told that the payment didnt cover the weight of the item which they said was over 2kg. So I have contacted the seller who said I need to contact ebay because they generate the post office returns labels. I tried to do this but can't find a way of contacting them so decided to cancel the return as a last resort to then start the returns process again. However, now it won't allow me to do this and says I have closed the returns process. How can I set up a return again? And how can I contact ebay directly about this please? ... View more

Hi All    I brought an item from a reseller called Guarenteed 4 less (should have know) product workerd fine for about 4 weeks then suddenly no power. Contact reseller parts were sent out which i had to fix, still no luck. Anyway they will not refund and i'm expected to pay for returns delivery. Said i wasn't happy and i would leave feedback accordingly, now i cannot access their shop to leave feedback? Surely this is against any consumer rights? I recently sold an item for a friend and it went for just over £100 which was a bargain price. It was brand new, never opened and cost around £250+ The buyer decided it was not as he thought and eBay agreed to a refund,  I tried to sought this but the buyer was adamant he wanted a refund.  I have never had to refund someone before and suddenly I got a notice saying he declined my offer and  I had to give the money back. I  therefore did this and to date have not received the item back. I have contacted the buyer and he said that he received a note saying I did not want them back and the refund went through,  I have never sent a note saying that so is this something ebay just do? He has said they are no longer new as he is using the item. I have asked him to return them he won't and he won't give me any money for them. Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same problem I am having, regarding typing a message to a seller in the reply space within their email. I try to type a reply but have to do it by placing the cursor after each letter at a time. When I add a space the frame goes back to the seller's reply. I do not have this problem when typing letters as general correspondence or even typing this piece. Only when replying using the eBay reply box. any suggestions? Thanks in advance.  ... View more
