I wondered if anyone could assist me. I am trying to contact eBay but unable to get through the correct route. I bought an item and received a message instantly to say it was closed not allowing me to pay for the item. I bid £10.00 which was the starting bid and the seller clearly closed the listing with the reason - no longer in stock. There was only 1 for sale. I have just noticed the seller has relisted the item and is still trying to resell it. I feel this is completely wrong that this has been allowed. I won the dress on its lowest bid. I'm trying to report this to ebay, is there an email address to contact them direct. Hopefully someone can assist as surely this behaviour can't be allowed on eBay.  ... View more

hi there, first sale in a while   funds have processed and now appear as "available" in the app   i dont see a way to withdraw them - it was set to default of weekly payout (no idea why) i just changed it to daily, do i need to do anything or will the system begin the process automatically tomorrow sending to my bank?   i cant see anything where it says "withdraw" to get the ball rolling   thanks Dan ... Hi I have a querie , I want to send an item back for refund .... The item was from a Chinese seller who I presume has a base in the UK as it only took 3 days to arrive   When looking at returning it , it shows a Chinese address , Shen Zhen , which can't be the address it was originally sent from !!!!  it's supposed to be returned by 28 July which is impossible... any one else had this problem? ... Hi, I sent some records to China via LaPoste. I have a tracking number and have called LaPoste who say the parcel is in France waiting for a flight to China. I sent the parcel on 07/07/2021 and the last update was on the 12th June.  My customer is understandably getting worried.  Am I resposible for refunding the customer should he start a case.
