How do I attached pictures/photo's taken to send to seller in my response to contact seller???

By asking for a photo of an item not received the seller is probably be trying to run you out of time to open a case against the seller.

Do not let them do that.

You have 30 days past the expected delivery date to open a case.

how could you prove a negative, that you did not receive the item?

Just open a not received case and escalate it to eBay on day 4 -

I have not received my item, seller wants me to send pictures as evidence of none receipt...
