A buyer has informed me that the address on their ebay account is incorrect.

I have posted their item to the address listed on the purchase but the buyer has since told me that the address is incorrect. What am I supposed to do? The buyer says that they dont know the address that is showing on their account.

You cant do anything

You send to the address that you are given and if it is delivered to that address then you would win any dispute

It is the buyers responsibility to check when they pay that the address is correct

Just wait and see what happens

If they dont know the address then perhaps they have been hacked.

If so then they need to sort it out

Make sure any tracking or the 16 digit code from Post Office receipt is on the item in your sold section. It it is accepted at the address then you will win
