I bought some Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Boxes back in January, and as many people know, scalpers made stock extremely limited in the TCG in the last year. So, I contacted the seller about my items not being dispatched yet, and they explained they were having trouble getting stock, which I understood was happening to all sellers, large or small, so I said I was fine to wait a bit longer. After a few weeks I messaged again, and got a similar response regarding stock. Now I've been messaging the seller and they aren't responding to me at all.
Obviously, the buyer's protection period has expired and I don't know what to do. I contacted eBay customer service and was basically told all I could do was keep messaging the seller.
Is there any other advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you paid by Credit or Debit card you may have some protection under that so speak to your bank or other provider.

apparently if you paid with paypal you get 180 days to make your claim......scroll right down to the bottom of your paypal and click on security...go to resolution centre.

I paid with Klarna and have since spoken to someone on their live chat. They've opened up a case and are looking into it, so hopefully some good news soon 🤞
