I'm presuming you are using Simple Delivery ? There does seem to be an inordinate number of non collections by DHL, you are not alone experiencing this! 🤔
Then, for the unused label the refund goes back to whoever paid for it as here:
I would then take the item to your PO pay for over the counter postage, and update the new tracking this way, use a desktop browser:

DHL are doing this a lot! You can cancel the whole transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list) and relist for them to buy again. If the item is extra large you may be able to opt out of Simple Delivery and choose your own, more reliable, courier. See the advice on here:
