On 14/04/2024 I ordered the above self assembly chair delivered on 19/04/2024
Basically it worked fine until 10 days ago then when I sat on it, it just sank to the lowest level and stayed there.
Its just an extra chair at home so not like an office chair as I am out of the house all day. I emailed the seller who hasn't responded at all. Googling this is a gas cylinder which support 120 Kg
Width: 61 cm ( 24 inch )
Height: 125 cm ( 49.2 inch )
Depth: 55 cm ( 21.6 inch )
Item Weight: 14 kg ( 31 lb )
Weight Capacity: 120 kg ( 264 lb )
I shot an 8 second video which is 19Mb too large that shows the chair sinking. The chairs condition is pristine
however I look like an adult on a bmx bike. the chair is so low the table is chest height
8 month is less than 1 year. the Video I have seen indicate gas cylinder problem what to do to get the seller to send replacement

You could try ringing the seller or writing to them if they are a business seller and they offered a warranty on the chair.
There is nothing you can do through Ebay.
Citizens Advice may be able to help with your consumer rights for this purchase.

My bad the specifications are from the sellers description ( not Google Ebay) I weigh 182lb.
The Video I have seen after googling indicate gas cylinder problem. So I just want a replacement gas cylinder
Hope that clear it up

You need to contact the seller.
Look on their current listings for an address to write to or a phone number to ring.
