Brought pair jeans on eBay described as new without tags, paid and received. item not as described- bobbing pockets, smells alwful, labels worn almost unreadable, wrong measurements for item size sent. opened returns case sending photos of proof to buyer who has the same day declined my return and closed the case. Iv reported buyer to eBay via policies, eBay have replied but say they don't have to contact me with outcome. what do I do next to get my money back as under money back guarantee  by eBay. I purchased something on eBay which is not as described. It was advertised as 'new' and all items likr new but clearly aren't.   The seller has agreed she has made a mistake and has agreed to a partial refund and said that I need to request this via eBay, but I can't find anyway of doing this. Can anyone help/advise? I have requested a refund via PayPal for the agreed amount as I paid for the item via PayPal originally, but she has cancelled my request and said that she will refund me but not outside of eBay. Hello. I want to look for goods that are only in the European Union. When I check that the goods are in the European Union, I also receive goods from the UK. Today with ten seconds or less to the end of an auction I try to bid on a item. Well surprise surprise what pops up on the screen ?  You need to verify yourself before bidding on this item .  So now with a couple of seconds to go I'm expected to verify myself.  Unbelievable  Thanks for FA EBay .  You have finally done it again .  Nothing suprises me now. Hello, could anyone help me with this problem. I am unable to leave a product review on any of the items which I have purchased for the past two months. I have contacted ebay help chat but am being told that I am the only one having this problem. When I try to leave a review, I get the message 'Oops, seems like there's a problem with reviews right now, try again in a few minutes'. This is happening all the time and the page has never worked for me. After many efforts to get this explained to me by ebay, I am still left with the same issue. I am told that I have left a review by ebay but I have only ever left feedback to say how the buying experience went, and never been able to leave a product review.  Am I missing something here ? I have returned a parcel to the seller as requested by eBay to do. Royal mail tried to deliver on 18th of February and nobody answered.
