Hello, could anyone help me with this problem.
I am unable to leave a product review on any of the items which I have purchased for the past two months. I have contacted ebay help chat but am being told that I am the only one having this problem.
When I try to leave a review, I get the message 'Oops, seems like there's a problem with reviews right now, try again in a few minutes'. This is happening all the time and the page has never worked for me.
After many efforts to get this explained to me by ebay, I am still left with the same issue. I am told that I have left a review by ebay but I have only ever left feedback to say how the buying experience went, and never been able to leave a product review.
Am I missing something here ?
I would welcome any help please.

I've seen a couple of similar complaints recently, but I'm having no problems at all with this. If it helps, I use Firefox on a laptop, and I don't use the app.
It does not seem to be an issue we dont seem to be any reports on here.

What device are you using. If a the app then try through a browser
Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer
Restart your computer
If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome.
Sorry probably not much help but worth a try
