Seller doesn't seem to be on ebay anymore and item I bought no longer works

I bought a double din sat-nav radio for my motor home which worked fine at first, but recently the screen has become difficult to read due to a lot of lines appearing. This makes it impossible to input postcode addresses or even read the sat-nav directions. Tried to get in touch with seller but doesn't seem to be on ebay anymore.

When did you buy it?. You have 30 days on ebay to open a dispute.

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

You have 180 days on paypal but they may not accept the dispute if you have had it a long time

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
