You need to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and Open a Returns Case in the Resolution Centre. Seller will have to arrange a Courier to Collect. Tell them that you cannot Post a Sofa by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post!  Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in.
