Brought pair jeans on eBay described as new without tags, paid and received.
item not as described- bobbing pockets, smells alwful, labels worn almost unreadable, wrong measurements for item size sent.
opened returns case sending photos of proof to buyer who has the same day declined my return and closed the case.
Iv reported buyer to eBay via policies, eBay have replied but say they don't have to contact me with outcome.
what do I do next to get my money back as under money back guarantee by eBay.
Iv basically been scammed out of £16 and thought buyers were protected against this ?
