the scamer seller in china sent me a difrent item and i returned him it he refuesed to accept the return and now the item is back to me i paid 13 pound to return it to him because the scammer seller didnt give a return lable 1) dont tell me that im in israel because i tried to change that to uk and it doesnt let me (can somebody tell me how to change it successfully ?) 2) why i have to pay for the returning for wrong item the the scammer seller sent me ? 3)the scammer seller refuesed to accept the item and the item is on the way back to me (thats what the royal mail tracking say) the tracking status of ebay doesnt show that the scammer seller accepted it or refused to accep it  so will i recieve refund ?   ... Hi there, I made a purchase on the 19th February and it seems that somebody has messaged ebay requesting a refund for this item as its not been received. I checked my account and the item says that it was dispatched the day before and delivered the same day that I ordered it, which isn't possible. There was also a transcript of the chat where this person confirmed my order, name, email and telephone number! I've changed my password etc but I just wanted to know if anyone else has ever experienced this. I obviously need to get my money back as well. Any advice would be gratefully received.  ... I won an auction on eBay. Hi there,    I am back on ebay after years of break and I am in a bit of a pickle.    I requsted refund on an item which wasn't 'refundable' the seller offered a refund which i declined as the shipping cost was almost as high and it wouldn't be worth it sending it back (stupid of me i know that now)   I am now trying to close the request refund, however ebay doens't give me the option at all. I went itno resolution centre and it says there is one refund request open. When i click on it is take me to a page where i says i declined the offer and it's now up to the seller to come up with another solution. She cannot close it from her side and neihter can I.
