I was the highest bidder and won an item but it's disappeared, the bidding record shows I've won it , but there's no way to pay and it's not recorded in my purchase history

I had the same problem. I think ebay may be having tech issues tonight???? I have sold items & buyer said the same as you, he couldn't pay & I have items I sold but they are no longer showing up. Once the auction ended they have vanished! Can anyone help?
